Start off with question: ever been in a stadium or concert? One of the biggest has 100k people, doesn't compare to number of the people in this earth.
|
|
|
|
China: biggest population. Christians: 31 million, more than Australia. But China has 1.3 billion, Christians = 2% = a lot of unsaved souls
|
|
|
|
Mark: go into all the world, to all creation
|
|
For all disciples, not just 12, disciple means one who follows another. He's sending us.
|
|
Personally, it's hard for me to go to campus and talk to people, worry about offense, mockery and loss of friends. All comes down to fear, fear is powerful, but it's not worth 1 billion souls not knowing the Lord.
|
|
|
|
The great commission is so important.
|
|
|
|
