Email template browser extension tasked by manager to solve this. Was a long process before, manually find the template, copy-paste to Salesforce. Used Google Sheets as DB, browser extension to find them, stores them in local storage, can click on copy. Has "favorite feature".

Deployed it to department, got good feedback. Others have suggested features.
