## Failed prod-to-test resource copy
|
|
First priority today: figure out failures in the script that copies resources from production to test that [[Nate Merritt]] handed off to me before leaving. I believe my connection string to [[LBXDB]] is not correct or doesn't have the right permissions. I tried to use a my own credentials and that may just not work.

Doing a graylog search can confirm that we successfully sent emails for these orders to these users. Example graylog query:

[[Mitch Myers]] update text for "Faithlife account" to "Logos account", check on translation status, ship that once translations are in, tests need to pass (flakey), will take case to split things up to work on next version of wizard
|

[[Nolan Stidham]] on-call day off on Friday, Thursday was code review (giving and responding), some referrals will use coupon codes for tracking,
|
|
[[Oscar Martin]] working on subscriber for product ownership, loading MVP accounts on warm up, adding health checks, loading IRM in warm-ups. Probably won't finish his case this sprint.

[[Ricardo Blanco]] working on process to fill Tim and Nate's positions, reviewing Trellis cases
|
|
[[Toby Steele]] got to stopping point on documenting how comparison chart works for product teams, go back and talk with resource curators, concerned about use of resource categories to load products in comparison chart, code review for Edgar, created new cases from configuration wizard launch spec, there is a lot of work
|

## BEN scrum
|
|
[[Ezekiel Pierson]] meetings, hash out academic desk integration, good path forward, stakeholder wants to see academic bulk license info (who has access to what) in Salesforce. Will be on vacation [[2024-08-26 (Monday)]] and [[2024-08-27 (Tuesday)]].

[[Kyle Sletten]] closing out on-call stuff, getting to academic track level stuff, taking on-call day off [[2024-08-20 (Tuesday)]]
|
|
[[Justin Strandburg]] royalty reports database, struggling with figuring out how to let them auth into it for some reason, royalty calculation timing out again, setup partitioning on it?
|
|

[[Caleb Nelson]] to get promoted, move to Commerce. Move someone from Commerce to payments.
|
|
Will backfill Caleb position on [[MarTech team]].
|
|
Want to backfill Nate's position too. Open senior or SE2 level position, hire in Mexico.

Not going to launch Stripe with Logos launch.
