Celigo flows

Cleaning up and refactoring Celigo product flows. Learned a couple of things:

need to be careful with connection sharing--seems flows can get stuck or even deadlocked trying to use the same connection. I need to read up more on this.
You can put settings at the Integration level, making them available to all flows contained therein. This was useful for a "storefront" setting to tell all flows to use the "newdotlogosdotcom" storefront.
Retries can really stack up and then it's hard to fix it. Loading the retries page bugs out if there are too many to list.
