## "Out of stock" on google results
Some products are showing "out of stock" in google search results. This _should_ be based on the `application/ld+json` structured data we output on the page. A quick investigation didn't show any significant difference between PDPs showing "out of stock" and not.
## Security Training
I just realized today that I had been junking the emails I was getting from our monthly security training. I had monthly training to do back from December 2023! I caught up today.

## Commerce scrum
The go in first-name alphabetical order and the last person who joins starts the meeting.
## Subscription Ask Anything
Biggest uncertainty remaining: pricing? Will have L10 pricing (discounts if you own L10). So, three levels or two?
Will have free trial: 30 days long for certain users.
Maintaining standard track line for launch for libraries. Difference is the decoupling from feature set which falls under the subscription. New: persona-based track of libraries. Redo denomination and specialty packages in Q1 2025. Don't have to have big-bang event everyone other October now. Opens new opportunities. Will have "2025" in the name, will refresh libraries every so often with new "2026" (or whatever) in name. Can skip years for less-popular libraries, for example.
Can get any library with any subscription as long as they have one (any level). This is a little different than before when you couldn't get certain libraries without the full feature set previously.
Still figuring out how subscription works in higher-ed. Want to avoid custom feature sets. Packaging strategy is to mimic consumer feature sets.
Pricing decisions very early in September.

Launch will look largely like other launches. Launch day is Monday. Sunday night around 8-9pm PST, put up splash page. Key members will be responsible for making updates happen. Don't know if phones will open early. Send messages to "big spenders", can call as early as 4am.
