Our director, who founded the company in 1995, is also a committed teacher with more than 25 years of experience in three different countries, teaching at all academic levels including universities, companies, banks, etc. We specialise in English instead of diversifying into other languages, which allows us to focus on the depth and breadth of our programs, methods, and attention to detail.

All our trainers are native-speaking graduates with excellent qualifications, people skills, and willingness to go the extra mile for their students. We have carefully selected and kept only those who prove to be the best. These are guided, evaluated, and are provided with training on the latest and best materials and schooled in state-of-the-art methodologies and are regularly trained and evaluated.

We do not restrict ourselves to a single program. Instead, we actively use an enormous range of materials, books, CDs, articles, video, CD ROMs, etc. We specialize in using materials derived form real media rather than simplified TEFL material, but do not hesitate to use programs from the best publishers in the world, or a combination of both. We also use our own materials that we have developed over the years. From these, we select the best program together with the management of the company and the participants themselves.

Every new participant is tested, interviewed, and placed personally by our director using the most comprehensive, thorough placement and level system in the country. The participants then progress through the level system and are guided into completing internationally recognised examinations if they would like.
