I started work late today because I woke up feeling unusually tired and headachy. I laid back down for a nap and took some advil and felt much better pretty soon.

Commerce refinement

We mostly added Launch Readiness cases to the refinement poker planning board.

Toby 1:1

Toby Steele started off in "ETD" division (content), moved to being a tester, then organically moved to a developer.

Part of the commerce team for roughly 10 years. Only asked to be moved to a different team once: was tired of WebForms work in BusinessDesk.

Biggest thing with leadership changes in the loss of exciting feelings that go along with Logos being run like a startup and now we're a more established/corporate feel.

Bill McCarthy coming on board has been a big help.

Has a daughter with ex-wife, is remarried.

Nolan 1:1

Nolan Stidham Joined in May 2020, 4.5 years. Working on Faithlife.com team, mostly on calendar feature. Worked on ChMS, on child check-in. His team was moved over to Passage Lists in the web app, then shared component on desktop. Did some transitional work from Jenkins to GitHub Actions, did work to sunset Equip. Was bittersweet to shutdown projects he worked on. Was good to see customer get a smooth transition to other things. Went to Lateurno University for CS, had internship with StemCo, needed CS guy to build out their reporting system for parts scrapping and tracking how much people are working. Just spent one summer working for them. Junior to Senior year, volunteering at Bible camp in Alaska. After college, came on to Faithlife. Came on board right around when Cove Hill came on board.
