4 God also testifying with them, both by signs and wonders and by various miracles and by gifts of the Holy Spirit according to His own will.

1. Chapter 1: Christ is superior to all messengers, listen to Him

2. Chapter 2-7: Christ is superior to any high priest

   1. Chapter 2: Confide in Him (He became like us)Because He was humbled and suffered all temptations like us, we can confide in Him as our high priest.
   2. Chapter 3: Follow Him (He's a greater leader than Moses)Moses was a servant in the house of God, Christ is a son and, therefore, worth of more honor than Moses.
   3. Chapter 4: Rest in Him (His rest is final, but entry is temporary)There is a limited time to enter His perfect, final rest. Enter it now!
   4. Chapter 5: Obey Him (He is the source of salvation)Because He became a man, He learned obedience Himself, becoming perfect in the process and, therefore, the source of salvation for us, if we obey Him.
   5. Chapter 6: Mature in Him (His priesthood is enlightening)Once one understands Christ's priesthood, it enlightens us to the truth that sin is dealt with. We can now move on to maturity in Christ, working good.
   6. Chapter 7: Draw near to Him (His priesthood is forever)Because His priesthood is after the order of Melchizedek and not Aaron, His priesthood is forever and He is, therefore, able to save forever. So, draw near to Him and no longer draw near to the old priesthood.

3. Chapter 8-9: Christ initiated a superior covenant

   1. Chapter 8: New covenant = better ministry, in the true tabernacle
   2. Chapter 9: New covenant = better sacrifice, one time giving of the perfect lamb

4. Chapter 10: Christ is the superior sacrifice
