Pros

1. Financial help for education through Maize school district
2. Closer to the chapel
3. Closer to most people who go to the chapel for easy fellowship, etc
4. More opportunities for the boys to grow friendships with Chapel kids
5. A new house with the right features would make it easier for elderly people or people like David and Rachel to stay with us
6. Doing young peoples things at our house when the the boys are that age would be much
7. We could more easily be involved in ministry to the Chapel like mowing at the chapel, helping people move, being involved in pathways, etc.
8. With the right features, a house could have an office for me, and at least two rooms for the boys, especially as they get older and need more space
   

Cons

1. Moving away from Ava for boys
2. Losing sentimental attachment for the kids
3. Housing prices are very high
4. Interest rates are very high
5. We don’t have money saved up to move
6. The work of changing addresses, tax things, etc. for moving to a new state
7. Moving is a hassle!
