We mostly added Launch Readiness cases to the refinement poker planning board.

[[Toby Steele]] started off in "ETD" division (content), moved to being a tester, then organically moved to a developer.
Part of the commerce team for roughly 10 years. Only asked to be moved to a different team once: was tired of WebForms work in BusinessDesk.
