+Investigated why [[Kyle Kennaw]]'s product updates didn't seem to be making it into BigCommerce.  I think it's most likely that full import that Paul initiated which is taking a long time.
+
+Followed the playbook for a retired resource being found in a live product collection.  [[Mitch Snyder]] fixed it and I replayed + deleted the error queue item, which then succeeded.
