 Like Frontend, Skeletor is good--backend and frontend.  Learned a lot from Toby and Mitch. On-call is a little scary. Not very skilled at it--learned a lot. Feeling more comfortable. Was on-call during Christmas. It was quiet! Other times it's been quiet too, high-priority alerts.
